Fair beans, real enjoyment

Whether Coffee Cupping, Latte Art Show or Brew Bar, enjoying coffee is becoming very popular, as shown again at BioFach. This does not mean gulping down unlimited amounts of brown dishwater, but enjoying tasting and swallowing the coffee and, of course, the aroma that wafts up from the hot cups and ideally makes the nostrils vibrate in the same way as a magnificent aromatic organic wine.  more

Olive Oil Award at BioFach 2013: award reflects variety of countries and flavours.

With the same strong level of entries, the distribution of the prize-winning olive oils reflected the rich variety of olive oils from the Mediterranean region. Some 80 organic oils from virtually all the neighbouring countries were represented again this year.  more
