Whether Coffee Cupping, Latte Art Show or Brew Bar, enjoying coffee is becoming very popular, as shown again at BioFach. This does not mean gulping down unlimited amounts of brown dishwater, but enjoying tasting and swallowing the coffee and, of course, the aroma that wafts up from the hot cups and ideally makes the nostrils vibrate in the same way as a magnificent aromatic organic wine.  more

Germany: Emmi takes Gläserne Molkerei stake
